Three-Sack Man explores the philosophy of “karma” through a fictional story built around a Vietnamese mystic creature. When characters are dealing with situations, I use the surroundings as an extension of their feelings. Working on a story that set in the 60s of Vietnam, running from the South to the North, I want to embed several cultural and ritual elements to provoke different emotional responses from the audiences.
